How can I redeem my points?
Once you log in to your account, go to the "Rewards" section on the loyalty program page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
What do the different point statuses mean?
Approved: Ready to be used for rewards.
Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
Canceled: Were not added to your account, for example, if a purchase was canceled.
