Out-of-court handling of consumer complaints is provided by the Seller via the electronic address customerservice@lejaan.sk. Information on handling the Customer's complaint will be sent by the Seller to the Customer in accordance with these GTC. In the event that a consumer dispute arising from the contract arises between the Seller and the Customer, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Customer may submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is for example:
